Can I customize the emails to match my brand?

Do my customers need to log in to make changes?
Nope! All actions in ARPU emails like skipping, delaying, or adding products require only two-clicks and don’t require a login.

Can I offer subscription upsells?
Yes, ARPU can offer both one-time and subscription upsells.

What kind of analytics are included?
ARPU provides transparent, auditable ROI reporting, showing you exactly how much revenue is added from upsells, how often subscribers delay/skip, and which products are most effective. We can also enable our Klaviyo Metrics feature, which will pass our analytics through to Klaviyo so you can use their consolidated reporting.

Do you offer setup help?

How does the 5X ROI guarantee work?
If you don’t generate at least 5X what you pay us in revenue, ARPU will automatically adjust your monthly cost so that you are always reaching our 5X guarantee. It's a simple promise, however, because of the way we do our billing, we achieve the 5X promise through retroactive credits. Here's a simple scenario: 

In Month 1, let's say ARPU costs $300 because you have 5,000 subscribers, but you only make $1,200 in upsells (a 4X return; a 5X return would be $1,500). When your charge for Month 2 comes around, let's keep it simple and imagine you still have 5,000 subscribers. What we will do is credit that second month $60 (because $1,200 is five times $240 and $240 is $60 less than $300). Your fee for Month 2 will be $240.

Can I see a customer’s activity?
Yes, you can drill down on customers and see their actions taken per email with ARPU’s customer activity log.

Can I send ARPU emails in Klaviyo?
Yes, you can now build the upcoming shipment notification email in Klaviyo using ARPU’s portal links. Klaviyo's SMS also works with ARPU.

Can customers swap products?
Yes, ARPU has a targeted swap feature that allows you to target specific products and offer swap options to customers.  The swap is a simple two-click process with no need to login and go to the subscription portal.
